Salad

I think salad is a great food, this meal can make you healthy. Are you aggree..???
Salad is a mixture of cold foods, usually including vegetables and/or fruits, often with a dressing, occasionally nuts or croutons, and sometimes with the addition of meat, fish, pasta, cheese, or whole grains. Salad is often served as an appetizer before a larger meal. (Wikipedia)

The word "salad" comes from the French salade of the same meaning, which in turn is from the Latin salata, "salty", from sal, "salt". And know some peoples in the word has several creativity to serve this meal.

If you eat salad should not be sour. You can avoid acidic fruits like pineapple, unripe apples, mangoes, papaya, etc. Given that you're more likely to be hungry at meal times, the acid could attack the lining of your empty stomach.

A salad meal is an excellent substitute for mainstream food on days you want to take it easy on the stomach. And it's very delicous. However, if you are leading a lifestyle of high-energy demand, taking salad meals without other meal may not be a good lifestyle choice.

The salad should be eaten at room temperature or warm. Never cold! Non-vegetable items like chicken, fish, shrimps, pork, beef and lamb should be cooked if they are included as ingredients.
